From an early age Greg always loved fish and seafood, this menu is a showcase of his favourite produce, from sweet scallops to magnificent Mackerel and meaty monkfish with Asian spices.  The dessert is the humble pineapple lifted a few notches with white chocolate and to add a tiny hint of heat, the Japanese wasabi.

4 course menu @ £45 per person includes scallops with lime, cucumber and micro herbs.  Mackerel torched with seafoods mayonnaise and pickles.  Monkfish curried with spiced lentils, coconut, pickled carrot and coriander.  Plus dessert with pineapple, white chocolate and wasabi.
