Here's some info about who we are and how we got started.

Building on our experience of restaurants and hotels, we had a dream to create a unique independent place to eat and drink, and opened our doors on Twickenham Green in 2012

We’ve brought together a team of equally friendly, passionate (and a little quirky) individuals who are dedicated to delivering the best food and drink in the neighbourhood. We specialise in steak (grass-reared beef aged with Himalayan salt) as part of a wider menu including Sunday roasts. We also have tables overlooking the green, so when the sun’s out be quick to reserve a table.

We’re continuing to grow our ideas and source high quality UK produce through local suppliers and offer new menu items every couple of weeks. We make our own sausages, cure our own bacon, bake our own bread and biscotti. Look out for our mustard and mayonnaise, coming soon. Our bar staff are always dreaming up new flavour combinations for our range of hand-crafted cocktails.

Here we are over five years later and today TW2 Bar & Grill stands out from the chains, giving locals and visitors to Twickenham our vision of a genuine steakhouse and bar with personality.

My proudest moment:
Picking up my 2 boys – Jake & Harry our English springer spaniels! Or finalist for Cosmopolitan’s Young business woman of the year (quite a few years ago now!) 

If I had a superpower it would be:
Cleaning so everything looks spotless instantly!

Music I'm listening to at the moment:
Dire Straits, Snow Patrol & Savage Garden – currently favourite Rag & Bone man or Adele

Favourite part of my day:
Night time relaxing on sofa with my 2 boys after working late shift or morning walk sun shining again with my 2 boys

Steaks, stews and traditional hungarian food.

Many people can sing but only the best ones become chefs!

When we get a compliment about the food and service.

If I had a superpower it would be:
Fire

Music I'm listening to at the moment:
Drum and Bass

Favourite part of my day:
After completing a hard service and arriving at home.

HEAD BARTENDER

Gimlet, dirty martini or anything gin related.

Favourite food: 
Nepalese is a favourite although food is my second passion (after drinks/mixology) so I enjoy all cuisine.

Likely to say:
There's no vermouth in your drink.

My proudest moment:
Professionally so far creating my very first cocktail which everyone tasted and enjoyed!  Hopefully that will continue!

If I had a superpower it would be: Full ability to control and manipulate time & space

Music I'm listening to at the moment: A lot of progressive metal, folk, drum & bass, blues, rock and more from my very wide range of musical taste!

Favourite part of my day:
Getting home and putting feet up after a long day at work or anytime cooking!
